Supporting you and your Live-in Carer companion

As a Fully Managed Service, we always support a family, before the care starts, during the care and at each changeover.

Once care commences, you will have access to a telephone helpline to support both you and your Live-in Carer.

Additionally, you’ll receive regular visits from our locally based care team to ensure you are satisfied with the service you are receiving.

Our Live-in Carer also receives regular calls from the care management team to ensure that they are supported too.

Remember, as a Fully Managed care service, we take care of everything. There is no need for you to worry about employment matters, pensions, paying for travel or planning for changeovers like with some care companies. It is hassle-free for families ensuring full peace of mind.
